Use G Suite on your mobile devices
Read and send email when you’re away from your desk. Get event reminders or send updates to attendees on your way there. Attend meetings remotely no matter where you’re located. Create, edit, and share files on the go.
With G Suite, you have the freedom to work from anywhere with your phone, laptop, or tablet.
Note: This guide focuses on Android® and iOS® devices. If you’re using another device, such as BlackBerry® or Microsoft® Windows Phone®, you can still access G Suite on your mobile browser.

Add your account
Most Android and iOS mobile devices come with native, pre-installed versions of an email, contacts, and calendar service. You only need to add your G Suite account once to your mobile device for your email, contacts, and calendar events to be available on that device.

Set up your account on your mobile device
Android devices:
To begin using G Suite on your Android device, complete the following steps:
- Go to your device’s account settings.
- Add your G Suite account and follow the instructions from there. After you finish, you should see a message that says "Account sign-in successful."
- Choose which products you want to synchronize to your device.

iOS devices:
To begin using G Suite on your iOS device, you set up Google Sync by performing the following steps:
- Go to your device’s account settings.
- Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap Add Account.
- Tap Exchange.
- Add your G Suite account and follow the instructions from there.
- Choose which products you want to synchronize to your device.

G Suite on mobile

or outside your organization.
Example: Quickly join a meeting by clicking
the shareable URL.
Hangouts Chat
What: Chat directly with a co-worker or
communicate with your entire team at once.
Example: Create a room to brainstorm ideas
with your team.

Example: If you can’t get to your office for a
meeting, call in on the go.
Drive
What: Online file storage.
Example: Visiting a customer offsite and need
a PDF or video? After you store a file in Drive, you can easily
pull it up anytime on your mobile device.

What: Create and collaborate on documents in
your browser.
Example: Never lose track of talking points
for your next meeting. Jot down notes on the way. Or, say your
notes and reminders instead.
Sheets
What: Create and collaborate on spreadsheets
in your browser.
Example: Did an important deadline or resource
change right before a meeting with investors? Update your
shared project plan on the go.
Slides
What: Create and collaborate on presentations
in your browser.
Example: Make last-minute changes to your
project presentation, even if you don’t have your computer with
you.
Google+
What: A social network designed for
businesses.
Example: Crowdsource feedback during a
conference, while everything’s fresh on people’s minds.
Keep
What: Create, share, and work together on
notes and lists.
Example: Create to-do lists and set reminders
so you don't miss a thing.
Cloud Search
What: Search for content across your Google
products, find contact details, get schedule-based
recommendations.
Example: Find contact information for
colleagues.
Download and install G Suite
Download and install the products below (or just a select few) from Google Play (Android devices) or App Store (iOS devices). Then, to open them, just tap the G Suite service on your mobile device.
